Come in for a spin

Husband and wife, Flavio and Lisa, travel the world to source the most ethical and delicious coffees. Flavio then test roasts each sample, in communication with the producer, on an Ikawa Sample Roaster to find the perfect profile for each bean. Our wholesale team then cups (ahem, tastes) the various roasts of the various coffees to assess each one. The best make it through and get roasted on our Probat 25-kilo roaster, by Flavio and Antonio in small, loving batches.

We roast five days a week, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, so our wholesale clients, cafe customers and online customers enjoy the freshest coffee shipped a day or two after roasting.
