Located in the north side of the train station, is the heart of our business: the coffee roastery. We import the highest quality beans from around the world and then roast them by hand on a German-made Probat roaster, the best there is.
Flavio's roasting technique is unique in that he uses longer development times for a richer, deeper cup. Every bean, depending on where it is from and the crop, has its own roasting technique, with the goal being to simply to bring out "the truth" in each.
