Both are fair trade, shade grown and delicious in their own way. All proceeds go directly to the co-op members and investments in clean water, healthcare and education in their communities.

Chiapas Mexico Tzetzil Tzotzil We sourced this coffee on our trip last winter and fell in love with the Tzetzil Tzotzil people (descendants of Mayans), the growing methods and the coffee. Enjoy dark chocolate, caramel and orange zest notes in this supreme washed coffee.
Honduras COMSA The Lenca tribe co-operative not only wins Cup of Excellence awards, but has become a model in the coffee world on how native methods can be used to alleviate coffee pests and threats using natural methods. Enjoy this very different, fruit-forward, balanced, clean coffee using the natural method.
