Part of our Campesinas series, this coffee is grown in the highlands of Colombia by farmer, Ligia Ruano, part of the Alianza Cafe, where she manages 5,000 coffee trees in her high mountain coffee farm, incorporating 24-hour fermentation followed by drying the beans in revised parabolic beds. The taste? A more complex Colombian worthy of specialty coffee: sure it's rich and chocolate-y, but it also has amazing caramel, lime and orange notes that make it come alive.
