  • Meet your new CAMPESINAS

We are featuring a rotating array of coffees grown by female coffee growers around the world under our "Campesinas" label, donating $1 for every pound sold to Cafe Femenino. Since 2004, Café Femenino has been an ethical sourcing model committed to ending the cycle of poverty afflicting women coffee farmers across the world. And so our new CAMPESINAS coffee is a beautiful Colombian from the highlands of Narina.

  • Shira Toren PASSAGES

Fine artist Shira Torens work explores and defines a territory that is neither purely abstract nor overtly representational. Largely incorporating objects or scenes from our world, they undergo a process of obscuring, embedding, or encrypting by Torens hand to denote dignity or importance. These modifications create a vocabulary within an individual painting and across all her body of work, the elements of an elegantly altered sense of place, its language of emotions and its sensory architecture.

  • Second Annual 30UNDER30

We are so pleased to be hosting our second annual 30UNDER30 group art show featuring 30 visual and performing artists. The show will run from February 20th through April 20th. Please join us for the opening reception February 25th, 4:00-5:30pm.

  • Thomas Libetti

We are very happy to have Thomas Libetti's TREE DRAWINGS in the gallery from November 1st through December 15th. TREE DRAWINGS arrives at a different kind of natural expression in mark making. The white of the paper pays homage to the child, or beginner, who, for the first time as mark maker, confronts the blank page.

  • Brian Wood and Ashley Garrett

We're so pleased to be showing the works of Brian Wood and Ashley Garrett in the gallery from August 1st through September 15th. Brian, whose work is in the permanent collections of MOMA and The Metropolitan Museum, will be showing a series of drawings, “…[Wood] creates a kind of Symbolist world in which emerging into life and being devoured by it are part of the same inexorable process. As in the early work by Georgia O’Keefe and Arthur Dove, the erotic and the spiritual are of a piece.” (New York Times).  Painter and curator, Ashley Garrett, who shows in galleries and museums in New York, LA and abroad, brings to our gallery a series of paintings inspired by objects and landscape, inquiring as to how they work to transform us. Join us for an artist reception Saturday, August 5th from 5-7pm. And read all about 'em...
