How to steep: 3-4 minutes @ 205 degrees
Known as the "Queen of Indian teas," our Darjeeling comes from the high-altitude foothills of the Himalayas from the Margaret's Hope Estate. It is full-bodied, yet with a floral aroma and delicate fruit notes. Darjeeling, at 90% oxidization, is somewhat between a classic black tea and an oolong tea, and so takes a slightly shorter steeping time than other black teas.
